You guys already know I love tribal sweaters (see my favorite tribal sweater here), and this one is no different. Like I've said before BB Dakota has the BEST southwestern and tribal printed sweaters. And no, I've never been sponsored by BB Dakota (although they should...hey, BB, hit me up!), but they are seriously the freaking best. They are so cozy, and so chic, and go with everything. They are my absolute fall go-to. So naturally, I have more than one. This grey tribal sweater with other neutral color accents has been a perfect way to rock more natural colors this fall.
The grey tribal sweater has other neutral colors in it like white and tan. These helped me to be able to add in other neutral tones to my look; such as my taupe booties. The olive green top was my "pop color" while still keeping everything neutral. You can have a neutral pop color, just make it something a little different. This way I kept with neutral tones, but strayed away from boring. After all, nobody wants boring!
I love wearing sweaters with patterns and different colors. It makes it so much easier to really mix up the look. Instead of olive green and jeans, I could have pulled the white out of this grey tribal sweater by layering it over a fun, white lace dress with some more traditionally "western" styled boots.
At the end of the day, this grey tribal sweater is all about creating a look at the keeps me cozy while also looking chic. This type of look tends to be my go-to during the week days when I'm running around for work. Everyone knows I love wearing a pretty dress probably more than the average girl, but pieces like this grey tribal sweater are the perfect thing for me to rock during a busy work week.
I love that with all of the colors and patterns, it's easy for me to create multiple looks with it. The cozy aspect of it keeps me warm and comfortable. But at the end of the day it's still cute and fashion forward, and to me, something that has all of the above is the mark of a great closet piece.
